The Tri-Town Youth Commission has been serving the youth of the Edmeston Central School District since 1998. The Youth Commission was established as a focal point on all aspects of recreation for the youth of the district through planning, coordinating and supplementing activities devoted to the welfare and protection of the youth.

2018 Baseball Registrations!!

Edmeston, NY, February 22th, 2018… 2018 Little League registration details have been announced and registration paper work will be sent home with ECS students in the near future.  Registrations can also be printed from the link below.

2018 is shaping up to be another exciting season for the Tri Town Little Leaguers with registration day kicking off on March 16th, outside the ECS cafeteria from 5:30-7:00.

Edmeston, January 10, 2018….  Come out and support your Edmeston Panther basketball teams by wearing black to the games on 1/12 and 1/19.

At halftime of the JV games, the young Panthers will be on the prowl showing off their basketball skills and ECS K-6 students attending the games can enter to win basketballs provided by the Tri-Town Youth Commission.

Help make the Panther Dome “One Dark Night” by wearing black and cheering on the teams.

Games: Friday January 12 (Girls vs Morris) and

Friday January 19 (Boys vs GMU)

Orange Crush Nights at ECS

Edmeston, NY, January, 2017….  The Tri-Town Youth Commission will be hosting our two Basketball nights on Friday, January 6 and Friday, January 13.  All of those who attend the games are encouraged to wear Orange in support of ECS and TTYC.

On Friday, January 6, our JV/V Girls Basketball teams will be hosting Laurens Central School.  During half-time of the JV game, our TTYC Girls 3/4 and Girls 5/6 teams will be introduced and show off some of their skills.

On Friday, January 13, our JV/V Boys Basketball teams will be hosting Franklin Central School.  During half-time of the JV game, our TTYC K-2, Boys 3/4, and Boys 5/6 teams will be introduced and show off some of their skills.

Please come out and support our local youth basketball program and our ECS Basketball teams!


Tri Town Hot Dog Nights

Edmeston, NY, December 5, 2016…. Any student in Pre-K to 6th grade that comes to the Boys JV/Varsity basketball game vs. Schenevus (12/6) or the Girls JV/V basketball game vs. Worcester (12/9) wearing a Tri-Town shirt – soccer, basketball, or little league – will receive a ticket at halftime to be redeemed for free hot dog (that night only).

Come out and celebrate our Tri Town youth programs while supporting our ECS basketball teams!!

Tri Town Pony League Season Ends in the Quarter Finals

Edmeston, NY, July 16, 2016…. The Tri Town Pony League Season came to an end with a quarter final loss to Cooperstown in a close 5-4 ball game.

Logan Haney went 4 1/3 to get the win for Cooperstown. With runners on 2nd and 3rd and one out in the bottom of the 5th, Jack Harris relieved Haney. Harris struck out the next batter and then induced a fly ball to center to end the Edmeston threat in the 5th. Josh Martin pitched all 7 innings for Edmeston, striking out 3 in the loss.

Jack Harris had 2 doubles and 2 RBIs and Jack O’Dell had 1 double and 2 RBIs for Cooperstown.

Josh Martin had 2 hits, Timmy Simmons had 2 RBIs and Derek Lyon had 2 hits and 2 RBIs for Edmeston.

Edmeston finished their season at 8-2, while Cooperstown moved on to play Unatego in the Semi finals at Sidney High School.
